I can't sell myself

I went to the national employment office a few years ago, where I oftenly asked to have recruit talks practices but never had. Therefore I had to re-work my curriculum and my motivation letter, when each animator has its own ideas so you have to remake all of this everytime.

But my curriculum and my motivation mails were and still are good as their goals is to allow an interview and I have interviews. The first one, the second one, even if there is a third one here I am.
But I've never been employed.

In the past years I was making mistakes and I corrected some of them, but now I don't know what's the matter.

Well I know that I candidate only when the job seems interesting, I'm not candidating like in a production mall even if I know that works for a lot of people (like 1 interview per 100 candidatures).

The worst to say is that I'm not so bad to sell my skills as a freelance.
So why am I not able to sell my skills for a long term employment?

Maybe because I need to seduce the recruiters?
That's right I'm not good at ''selling me'' in the seduction game neither.

So, I passed another interviews serie for a nice job and as usual I've not been choosen. But they would like to work with me occasionally. There is a far geographic distance so either it will cost a lot of defrayal or not be at all.

Move on, remotivate, restart.
Perhaps I should treat this virus which block my head for a week firstly, then restart.
