I think there has been one when I was in primary school, but not sure. See how this hurted me! But I do well remember the disappearance of the second direct object...
I didn't looked what would change, but I'm pretty sure than none of the debaters neither, and I've seen this website that show me that some words I write are red underlined by the software because they are from an old spelling!!
Yes, I write AN and not THE as there are a lot of old ones following the evolutions of the language. For example no one is till naming the garden behind the house "courtil" therefore it's still funny to understand the link with the other words of its family (cour, basse-cour...) and with the local languages ("Pespi ? Zin corti !"). There are words I hesitate how to write, finally both of my ideas could be acceptable...
I will have troubles with some proposals ("nénuphar" -water lily- should not have any -ph but I use to write it for a too long time, Diesel is the inventor's name not a common word, flute seems so sad in front of flûte...). It's like eating meats, objectively I should stop because it's bad for the environment, but I like it too much (and yet I'm not eating meat every day).
I will have big troubles correcting students works! Should I learn every change to prevent me taking points for bad spelling? Especially as I'm part of the people whose reading is disturbed by too many mistakes!
Am I going to need even more times for each correction?!?
