Art cars are usual since the 70's, of course an Estafette should be one of them:

Jean Ferrero was a gallerist and he gave his collection with art pieces from Armand, César and Ben, who's said to drove his van in the city.
Do you really need me to say which van he has? (well, when you see the roof-glasses it's not a van but a Microcar which was a minibus)
