The first day of the week France was celebrating the end of WWI, so I want to depose here an hommage to all of our administrative secretaries who lost thei fight, mainly against the burn-out.
I had already written the difference that I've lived a few months apart between the ultra well organized recruitment for a 2 months job and the totally non anticipated for a long term employment with responsibilities.
I have already felt the idea that a recruiter was asking "trap" questions to trap me more than to test my abilities to answer under stress, and I sincerely don't want to work in a team where your teammates could want to trap you.
My current job search actually show me something else: the I-don't-care people who fill the announcements:
It's just a copy-paste, certainly done a dozen of times on various websites.
It's quite hard to read, there are typo signs appearing out of nowhere, basically this job annoucement tells me: Make your effort to candidate ut we will not make an effort to welcome you.
Seems to be such a nice place to work...
