Schools re-opening on site: mask obligatory.
I've heard that's also the case for public transportations.
I must wear a mask, let's say okay but... I'm wondering as there is still a law that forbids to mask your face in the public spaces: Law #2010-1192 from October 11th 2010.
At the time that was against muslims, and mostly muslim women.
That was very usefull during strikes, to "prevent" the so-called ultra-left thugs.
The probelm is this law is a reglementary frame including rules when a health urgency would lead to wear any element concealing the face.
You need a law to do that!
Yes, a law. A town mayor can't decide this on his territory.
But he has to do that in the public schools. A give his agents masks. As he wants.
Teachers have 2 disposable masks a day by the Ministery but people welcoming the children in the morning, taking them to lunch, doing the after-school, cleaning and disinfecting, would wait for their local authority to give them something, even if it's not enough good.
I didn' found the law for the public transportation. I don't say it doesn't exist, I say I haven't seen it.
Remembering our first derogatory exit auto-authorisation which was not legally valid (you could be verbalized for a sport outing too long or too far away when no text specified the duration nor the distance). so maybe this announce was another trickery.
This morning I'll be back at my high-school for the pre-coming-back meeting, I will see how it will be organized and I should have my masks. I'll write about that!
