I
didn't read BUUUUT one part has came to me: THE 10 skills for
tomorrow!
Firstly
here are the 2015 most asked skills:
- Complex problem solving (isn't that the exact definition of design?)
- Coordinating with others
- People management
- Critical thinking
- Negotiation
- Quality control
- Service orientation
- Decision making
- Active listening
- Creativity
And
now here are the 2020's most wanted skills:
- Complex problem solving (why would you change a winning team)
- Critical thinking (gooooood for me that!)
- Creativity (until now that's promising for me)
- People management (I still need a few XP)
- Coordinating with others
- Emotional intelligence (know how to use your sentiments, and other's ones)
- Decision making (well, here I'm lost)
- Service orientation
- Negotiation
- Cognitive sensibility (isn't that my capability to adapt myself?)
All
about design thinking
is partially from these questions, so basically we'll be wanted to be
able to learn to leran.
I'm
fine with this, I'm nearly ready for tomorrow! That's a pity it's in
so lon time...
.
